At HercSupps, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Opened Products
We do not offer refunds on opened items. However, we are happy to offer an exchange if the product container is at least 75% full.
This allows you to try something new while helping us maintain product integrity and safety standards.
Unopened Products
Unopened items in original condition may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
How to Return or Exchange
In-Store (Recommended)
The easiest way to process a return or exchange is to bring the item to one of our store locations and our team will take care of you on the spot.
By Mail

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Additional Notes
All exchanges are subject to review and approval.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
